In the Automatic Writing & Purposeful Journaling workshop we will explore the purpose and technique of Automatic Writing, and the methods and benefits of journaling. 

Automatic writing is the process of writing material that does not come from the conscious thoughts of the writer, and is believed to come from connecting with the spiritual energies our Guides, Angels, and loved-ones.  The writer’s hand forms the message and the person is unaware of what will be written.  It is sometimes done in a trance state, but most often the writer is aware of their surroundings and the actions of their writing hand.

Purposeful Journaling will cover the advantages of documenting your spiritual, psychic and day-to-day activities.  Journaling is not far from automatic writing in that often times as we journal we begin to pick up vibrations of the energies around us.  There are many reasons to capture in writing our experiences.  Join us in this workshop to learn and practice both the art of automatic writing and purposeful journaling.
